Founding AI Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join our team and help build the future of ad creation. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing AI agents that elevate ad performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents for ad performance optimization
• Build machine learning models for creative generation
• Implement natural language processing for ad copy generation
• Collaborate with the data engineering team on model deployment
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies
• Optimize model performance and accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong background in Python and machine learning frameworks
• Experience with deep learning and neural networks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing domains
• Previous startup experience
• PhD in AI/ML or related field
