Founding Full Stack Engineer

At Adomate, we’re building the platform for the next generation of performance marketers. You won’t just be picking up tickets, you’ll architect the foundation that powers our entire operation. You’ll work directly with the founders, make decisions that matter, and see your code impact customers from day one.

What you’ll do

• Ship product features end-to-end from idea to production at startup pace
• Build and maintain our platform using Next.js and TypeScript
• Design and implement APIs that integrate with Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create great user experiences that make complex workflows feel simple
• Shape our engineering culture and choose the tools that will scale with us
• Optimize for performance and make technical decisions that balance speed with quality

Who we’re looking for

You’re a full-stack engineer who thrives in ambiguity and gets energy from building things that matter.

• 3+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong opinions, loosely held: you care more about shipping value than being right
• Experience with modern frameworks like React and Typescript
• Backend chops with Node.js and API design
• Ability to create great user experiences
• Startup mindset: comfortable moving fast and making decisions with incomplete information

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of advertising/marketing platforms
• Previous startup experience
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD
