Junior Performance Marketer (Paid Social) - AI-Driven Advertising (Ghent / Wintercircus)

If you love noticing what brands are doing on social, you save ads that catch your eye, you analyse why some hooks go viral while others die silently and you want to turn that curiosity into a career, keep reading.

At Adomate, we use AI to build high-performing ads for ecommerce brands. Performance marketing isn’t a back-office function here, it is the engine of our company. You’ll work directly with the founders, guide creative direction for our customers, spot opportunities, brief designers, evaluate performance signals, and shape how ads are made at scale.

What you’ll do

• Plan and structure weekly ad production for multiple brands
• Engage customers, capture their input, and develop on-brand creative assets
• Write clear creative briefs rooted in trends, audience insights & proven patterns
• Coordinate designers & freelancers: assign tasks, manage deadlines, request revisions
• Evaluate creative quality rapidly: brand fit, stopping power, clarity, performance potential
• Track what’s trending on Meta, TikTok, DTC, UGC, hooks, angles, visual styles
• Use our custom suite of AI tools to speed up workflows
• Help shape our software platform: come up with ideas for better workflows, faster experimentation, more output

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience, you need taste + structure + curiosity.

• Deeply in touch with what works on social media today
• Someone who consumes and analyses ads naturally
• Highly organised: folders, naming, timelines, no chaos
• Comfortable steering freelancers and managing output
• Motivated to become excellent at paid social & performance thinking
• Excited about AI as an accelerator and teacher, not a shortcut
• Looking to fast-track your career in a high-growth startup environment

Less than 3 years experience is perfect. Recent graduates welcome.
